What to Expect
What Happens After You Reach Out
Here's exactly what happens after you call or email.
First contact is simple. Call 206-407-6291 or send an email to info@rtsignaturehomes.com. Describe your project and location in plain language. No drawings, blueprints, or formal plans are required at this stage. If you'd like to understand how our design-build process works before your first consultation, that context can help frame your project scope.
Here's what happens next.
RT Signature Homes will respond to schedule a site visit. A project manager, one of seven on the team, will be assigned to your project before the site visit takes place. The visit is at no cost to you before any scope or estimate is produced. You can also find answers to common project questions on our FAQ page if you'd like to self-serve before calling.
What to have ready before you reach out:
That's it. You don't need a full plan. You don't need to know every detail. The site visit is where scope gets defined. Your first message just needs to get the conversation started.
Co-owners David Zivyon and Rotem Zivyon have led RT Signature Homes since 2015. When you contact RT Signature Homes, you're reaching a company with a named leadership team, a physical office in Redmond, and a consistent project management structure. Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need drawings or a project plan before I can contact RT Signature Homes?
No drawings are required before your first contact. Call 206-407-6291 or email info@rtsignaturehomes.com with a plain-language description of your project and location. The site visit is where scope gets defined. Having your city, project type, and a rough timeline ready is enough to get the conversation started.
How quickly does RT Signature Homes respond after I call or email?
Phone is the fastest channel for new project inquiries. Email messages are reviewed the next business day. RT Signature Homes does not offer after-hours or emergency construction services. Reaching out during standard business hours gets you the fastest response.
What happens between my first message and an actual site visit?
RT Signature Homes reviews your inquiry and schedules a site visit. One of seven project managers is assigned to your project before that visit takes place. The site visit costs nothing before any scope or estimate is produced. That visit is where measurements are taken and scope gets defined in detail.
Which contact method works best, phone, email, or the contact form?
Phone works best for time-sensitive inquiries. Email suits homeowners who want to describe their project in writing first. The contact form on this page routes directly to the same team. All three methods reach RT Signature Homes' Redmond office at 4164 148th Ave NE.
Does RT Signature Homes serve my city, or only Seattle and Redmond?
RT Signature Homes accepts projects across 17 cities in the Greater Seattle metro. The full list includes Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, Woodinville, Bothell, Issaquah, Mercer Island, Renton, Lynnwood, Shoreline, Kenmore, Newcastle, Snoqualmie, Duvall, and Monroe. If your city isn't listed, call and ask, service area edges occasionally flex for the right project.
Is the first site visit free, or does RT Signature Homes charge for the initial estimate?
The first site visit is at no cost to you. No fee is charged before a scope and estimate are produced. Co-owners David Zivyon and Rotem Zivyon have run this process since 2015. You pay nothing until a written agreement is in place. { "@context": "https://schema.org", "@type": "FAQPage", "mainEntity": [ { "@type": "Question", "name": "Do I need drawings or a project plan before I can contact RT Signature Homes?", "acceptedAnswer": { "@type": "Answer", "text": "No drawings are required before your first contact.
